2. No Guaranteed Earnings
QuizCash makes no promise, representation, or guarantee that you will win prizes, earn cash, or recover any entry fees paid. Cash-prize contests are awarded based on performance against other participants. Past results of any user are not indicative of future outcomes. Do not participate in cash-prize contests with funds you cannot afford to lose.
3. Quiz Content Accuracy
Quiz questions, answers, study material, and explanations are prepared by our content team or contributed by partner institutions. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that any content is free of errors, omissions, or out-of-date references. Users should treat content as a study aid, not as an authoritative source for examinations, competitive testing, or any other high-stakes use.

While QuizCash deducts TDS as required under Section 194BA of the Income-tax Act, 1961, on net winnings from cash-prize contests, users remain responsible for declaring such income in their income-tax returns and meeting all other tax obligations. QuizCash does not provide tax advice.

Users must comply with all applicable laws of their state of residence. Cash-prize features may be restricted or unavailable in certain jurisdictions. The user is solely responsible for ensuring lawful participation; QuizCash disclaims liability for any participation that contravenes local law.

Free-tier users may see advertisements served by Google AdMob. Ad content is selected by Google and not endorsed by QuizCash. We are not responsible for the goods, services, or claims made in advertisements.
10. User-Generated Content
Where institutions or other users upload quizzes, comments, or content, such material represents the view of the contributor and not of QuizCash. QuizCash does not endorse user-submitted content and is not liable for any inaccuracies, infringements, or harm arising from it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuizCash, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, profits, goodwill, or any other intangible loss — arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
