- Cheat, manipulate results, or use automated scripts to derive unfair advantage in quizzes.
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose or to promote illegal activities.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts.
- Provide false or misleading information during registration or while using the Platform.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The Platform and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of QuizCash. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
4. Payments, Refunds & Rewards
Our Platform may offer digital goods or rewards. Please note:
- Payments for premium features are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
- Rewards and prize pools are subject to verification and eligibility as described in specific quiz rules.
- QuizCash reserves the right to withhold rewards if fraudulent activity is suspected.
5. Account Suspension & Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall QuizCash, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice for any material changes. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
